We only collect what we need to match you to communities that fit your situation.

## How we use your information

-   To curate a list of Austin apartments most likely to approve you.
-   To contact you by phone, text, or email about your list and the placement process.
-   To submit a guest-card referral on your behalf to the communities you tour and apply at, so we can be paid commission and so you qualify for the $50 cash rebate.
-   To verify your referral with the community after you sign a lease (rebate program only).

## Who we share information with

We share limited information (your name, contact info, and the fact that you're applying) with the specific apartment communities you direct us to refer you to. We do not sell your information, share it with marketing lists, or pass it to third-party brokers.

## Background and screening details

The history you share with us — eviction details, balances owed, criminal record details, credit information — is used only to match you to suitable communities. We do not run our own background or credit check. The community runs screening at the application step.
